WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?

Here at Winstar Nail Spa, we accept both cash, credit card, and check payments!

DO WE ACCEPT GIFT CARDS?

We only accept gift cards that are made or purchased here at Winstar nail spa. In order to purchase a gift card, you may call or just request one in person.

CAN I TIP USING MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

Yes, tips are available via card or cash.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO DO IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR DELAY AN APPOINTMENT?

If you are late for an appointment, you only have 2 options. The first option is, you may wait for someone else or you may reschedule for another time. Lastly, if you need to delay an appointment or have any questions beforehand, you must make a call in advance.

ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

Walk-Ins are always welcome at Winstar Nail Spa, but for us to give you the best service/experience possible, scheduling in advance would be ideal.

HOW CAN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Scheduling an appointment is as easy as just making a call, and picking out a time slot that's currently available. After scheduling an appointment, we encourage you to come 15 minutes early in order to pick out a color that you'd like.

HOW LONG IS THE WAIT TIME FOR WALK-INS?

Wait times are always changing constantly due to how busy the shop is that day so. Usually, on average a customer's wait time could be around 15-30 minutes if you decide to walk in.
